Winters are here with their chilly winds and low temperatures. While winters are great for feasting, festivities and celebrations, these also bring in challenges for your health as you are more prone to catching infections like flu and colds. Get sunshine

Exposure to sunlight not only warms your body in cold weather, it also helps regulate your body clock, boosts mood, and helps the body produce Vitamin D which is vital for bones, muscles and immune response. Get your sunlight exposure for at least 30 minutes on daily basis.

Eat healthy

Malnourished people usually show low immunity and are more prone to infectious diseases. Exercise

Winters are activity-friendly as a weather. You can walk, cycle, do chores, and take stairs without getting all hot and sweaty. Exercising in cold water increases endurance, burns more fat, and keeps moody blues away. Stay active, it is good for you.
